Availability and Next Business Day

Our custom cutting boards are manufactured to the exact size you request. We typically get all orders out the next business day.  We define business day as Monday - Friday, not including any public US Holidays.  So if you place an order on Friday, typically it will go out on the following Monday as we take Saturday and Sunday off to spend with friends and family.  Occasionally we may run out of stock or have high-demand and the lead time can be longer.

If you are in a time constraint or have a RUSH order, please contact our customer service team and we will make sure we take care of your order. We have the ability to get your board out the same day in critical cases!

Canceling/Changing an Order

Please contact our customer service team ASAP if you need to cancel or change your order.  If you ordered a custom sized board we need to know of any changes, as these products are typically non-refundable.  We move FAST so that we can get you the products fast.  This means once your order is placed it often is back in production within 1 hour.  We work multiple shifts and often on weekends.  Please review our return policy should you need to cancel/change an order after it has been manufactured/shipped.

Return Details 

Products that can be Returned - 

  • New/unused products

  • Products damaged during transit 

  • Defective products

  • Custom Cutting Boards cut to the incorrect size

  • Custom Cutting Boards with incorrect edges/corners

  • Personalized boards that were printed incorrectly

Products that cannot be Returned - 

  • Products that have come into contact with food(it is a violation of health regulations for us to accept these)

  • Used products that have been cut on 

  • Products that were ordered more than 30 days ago 

  • Products with no proof of purchase (we store records of every order in our system) 

  • Custom Cutting Boards that are cut correctly, with the correct material, and with correct edges and corners

  • Personalized boards that were printed correctly

Please measure your custom cutting board carefully, as many of our boards are made to the exact specifications YOU give us. We generally do not accept returns on custom cutting boards unless there is a defect in the material or the board is cut to a size other than what you ordered. Remember the old saying, measure twice cut once!

Credit Card/Debit Card

All orders are placed online via credit card payment.  When you are in the shopping cart you can choose to use your credit card or paypal.  Credit card charges are billed to your card when the order is placed.  You will see the charge on your credit card bill shown as "Cuttingboard.net".  We accept major credit cards including American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.

Paypal

Orders placed using Paypal are verified and follow the terms and conditions of Paypal.  To use this method, simply select it as the payment method at checkout.

Pay on Account (Terms)

For our customers that are set up in advance for Terms (ie Net 30) where we bill them on account, this option is available at checkout.  Please note that you must be Pre-Approved to use the Pay on account option.  If you are not set-up for this payment option and you choose it at checkout, it will delay your order as we will have to contact you and gather proper payment information (credit card or paypal)

Currency

All our prices are show in US Dollars.  If you are ordering from outside the United States, your credit card company will convert the funds to your local currency on your statement.  Please note that credit card companies may charge for a conversion fee, so contact your bank if you are unsure.

Purchase Orders

Should you wish to reference a purchase order number or job name, please put that information in the order comments section when you check out.

Normal Store Hours

We are an online retailer so our store is available 24/7 for you.  If you need to talk with someone in customer service, we are available Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 12:00PM and 1:00PM-4:00PM EST.  We observe most US holidays and sometimes are known to take off early when the weather is nice for a beer!

OEM Part Numbers

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part numbers are provided as a reference only.  We provide this information as a resource and reference only.  Our database is continually updated and we work hard to ensure accuracy of the data the best we can.  The items contained on this website are intended as replacement parts for the original equipment.  These parts are OEM quality or better, however are not endorsed by the OEM.  All OEM information, part numbers, and names referenced on our website are registered trademarks.

Shipping

Our cutting boards are professionally packaged and shipped out to you typically the next day.  Our standard shipping is Ground service, from UPS or Fedex.  We can provide expedited shipping, however, please note that cutting boards are heavy so this can get expensive.  If the quantity or size of your cutting boards falls outside UPS or Fedex ground guidelines, we will use a common carrier (LTL) and will advise you prior to shipping of the cost and delivery details and time.
