I have to say that the customer service of this company is outstanding! I had a problem with my order (my fault) and contacted them. They not only fixed the problem, but expedited the production and shipping so that the corrected product arrived in time for Christmas. And the cutting boards are truly a work of art that will be family keepsakes for my children.
Recipe board
When we identified that our order for 2 recipe boards had not been done correctly, they immediately sent 2 corrected boards to us. And then we received a personalized thank you in the mail (USPS) thanking us for our business. I've never seen that before.

It is too beautiful to use. Being that it is a keepsake I would have liked to have seen something on the back so it could hang on the wall. It was nicely done and I received it back very quickly. I know my daughter in law will love it.

I was very pleased with the cutting board, it looks great. This is going to be a gift for my daughter. I will probably order another one.
(3) Cutting Boards
One was for a cookie recipe, others for a sauce recipe. I know the board for the cookie was liked. The other two (a family sauce recipe) went to New York and California and have not heard from them. I know the character/grain of the board may have made writing to appear too light in some areas (should make all bold or darker) and recipe could have been spaced out a little better, bigger? Overall, I think they will be an unexpected hit.

Great quality and what a great gift! the engraving was not even throughout, some light areas and some dark, but still nice!

I ordered one of these boards and it is wonderful. The workmanship and quality is excellent. I made a mistake on the recipe directions when I initially ordered the board and the team at customer service quickly took care of the problem and responded quickly to my concerns. Well done all around!

The staff was extremely helpful when ordering the board. They went out of their way to be sure that my customized order was processed correctly! However, upon receipt of the board, I did notice a typographical error; a little disappointed but, still, a product that I would order again.
