- Size: These boards can be cut to the exact size you need. Note for example: If the short side is 10 1/2" and the long side is 16", you will select "10" as the "short side", then "1/2" as the "short side fraction". Then choose "16" as the "long side" and "0/16" as the "long side fraction".
- Edges and Corners: "Standard" edges and corners mean your board will be squared off. "Rounded/Bullnosed" means your board will be slightly rounded
- Care and Maintenance: Hand washing your bamboo cutting boards with warm soapy water will ensure that you get the longest use out of your board. We also suggest wiping your board with a food safe mineral oil about once a month.
- PLEASE NOTE: Custom boards over 96" long may not qualify to ship regular ground and could require an LTL carrier due to restrictions from UPS on the maximum length of packages. If your cutting board cannot ship UPS ground, you will be notified by a customer service representative before production on your board begins.

I have ordered 4 bamboo boards in the last few months for myself and as gifts. Each board was ordered to custom fit a particular space and each one fits perfectly. I ordered and received my last cutting board in just over 24 hours. Now that is amazing!!!
Perfect fit and style
I have been looking for options for an opening I have on my GoGalley Tailgating System where the side burner is. When in transport you lower the side burner and it leaves a large opening (14.5"x14.5") under the cover. I decided that since I don't have a decent cutting board for when we are tailgating, I would get one custom cut for this opening then have for at our locations. I received the board and tried it out. It fit perfectly in the opening. This will also come in handy when needing to slice the ribs, roasts, chickens that come out of the smoker, and also for cutting the veg to either place on the grill or on top of the burgers. I wish I could add a picture to show how nicely it fits. Thanks again for a great product
