- Size: These boards can be cut to the exact size you need. Note for example: If the short side is 10 1/2" and the long side is 16", you will select "10" as the "short side", then "1/2" as the "short side fraction". Then choose "16" as the "long side" and "0/16" as the "long side fraction".
- Edges and Corners: "Standard" edges and corners mean your board will be squared off. "Rounded/Bullnosed" means your board will be slightly rounded
- Care and Maintenance: Hand washing your bamboo cutting boards with warm soapy water will ensure that you get the longest use out of your board. We also suggest wiping your board with a food safe mineral oil about once a month.
- PLEASE NOTE: Custom boards over 96" long may not qualify to ship regular ground and could require an LTL carrier due to restrictions from UPS on the maximum length of packages. If your cutting board cannot ship UPS ground, you will be notified by a customer service representative before production on your board begins.

Custom Bamboo Cutting Board for Griddle Cover
Our "new" home has a Viking Range that was discontinued a few years ago. The stainless steel griddle cover is missing and it was impossible to find a replacement because it is an unusual size and no longer produced. I decided to try and have something custom made, but the only material I could figure to work would be wood. I found www.cuttingboards.net and decided to give them a try. The board is beautiful and cut exactly to the measurements ordered...I even sent a picture of how I wanted a small handle notched into the board and they made it exactly as specified. It also arrived within a week of my order! It is made of amber grain bamboo. Very pleased with the outcome!
