- Thickness: 3/4"
- Color: Available in amber and natural
- Size: 15" x 20"
- Edges and Corners: "Standard" edges and corners mean your board will be squared off. "Rounded/Bullnosed" means your board will be slightly rounded
- Care and Maintenance: Hand washing your bamboo cutting boards with warm soapy water will ensure that you get the longest use out of your board. We also suggest wiping your board with a food safe mineral oil about once a month.

15X20 bamboo cutting board
Excellent quality. Simple but beautiful. Rapid shipping was appreciated. I'm thinking of your cutting boards as gifts. Will re-order.
Bought 3, then another and another
Purchased 3 15x20 amber bamboo cutting boards. Liked the way they looked right out of the box -- clean, tasteful, and nicely proportioned, nicely finished. They work as expected and have held up well. Of the three, two were places on the kitchen island, one ended up next to a prep sink. Then we purchased another to go next to a stove, and last week we got a fifth to go on that kitchen island, as we had originally envisioned. Happy with all of them.
Edge and Corner Options
-
Standard Edge, Standard Corner
Straight edges and straight corners. Looks like most standard cutting boards.
-
Standard Edge, Rounded Corder
Rounded corners are nice for cutting boards that are handled multiple times a day and moved around. No more poking shins and hips. Great for commercial kitchens.
-
Rounded Edge, Standard Corner
Rounded edges are great if the board is a bit larger than the countertop. The board can stick out and rub against the body, so rounded edges can relieve the sharpness.
-
Rounded Edge, Rounded Corner
This is the real deal. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, rounded edges and corners provide the most comfort for those who use cutting boards frequently. Easy to handle, and no pokes!

Juice Grooves
-
Also commonly referred to as juice troughs, juice grooves are one of our most requested customizations. We simply route a small trough around the perimeter of your board to catch drippings from carving meat.
